You managed to achieve in 4 weeks, what we hadn’t been able to achieve in 18 months. It was a very successful marketing campaign with over 200 inquiries (the majority of these through direct canvassing) which proved that great exposure backed by the correct method of sale (auction) can both achieve and in this case, exceed the desired, results. By auctioning the property we ensured that buyers knew they were both in competition with others and on a deadline and therefore had to make a decision.
