Steph was born and raised in Darwin, and has lived locally her entire life. This has shaped her knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, not just her understanding of locations but of the ever changing market areas as well. This makes her ideally suited to be our property managements resident listing agent.

She loves the territory climate and being able to stay close and in touch with family. Like all true territorians Steph loves to get outdoors, especially when it comes to the beach. When she isn't utilising her free time on the sand and in the sun, you can find her indulging in a little retail therapy.

A motivated and energetic young woman, you will always find Steph striving for new ways to improve upon her understanding of the clients needs and changes in the marketplace. Her clients can rest assured that she will bring this same energy into the field when displaying their homes for rent.

With four years of experience working retail before joining the property management team, Steph has gained a great deal of people skills and the ability to communicate clearly and consistently when discussing a listing.

I have been with Ray White Darwin for many, many years and have never had cause to worry about anything to do with my property which they manage. They are always ‘on top’ of things regarding maintenance, tenants or anything for that matter. They must vet their property managers very well as all of them have been of a very high standard and I include Stephanie Adams in this. She is very approachable, easy to talk to, and most of all ‘on the ball’ so to speak. Talking for my property, I am informed immediately if anything is amiss or in need of repair or replacement. I never let my property get run down or shoddy, therefore I rely totally on Stephanie to inform me immediately if anything is amiss which she does. No needed maintenance is ‘let go’ so I have to have the utmost faith in her which has never been misplaced. As I told Stephanie there are very few people that I trust but I trust her totally with regard to my property. She deserves the highest of praise and I am only too willing to give that to her. Stephanie Adams has been Property Manager for our two Darwin properties since July 2017. In this time we have found her service to be exceptional. Both units have been vacated during this period and Stephane has worked very hard to find new tenants during a difficult rental period. One of our units required a new kitchen and other maintenance jobs. Stephanie always answered my many emails promptly (often within the hour) and kept us updated at all times with the progress. She also contacted us after each open inspection to keep us informed. As we are interstate this assistance was very much appreciated. My husband and I have had rental properties for over thirty years and in four short months Stephanie has proven to be the best manager we have ever had, (she is not allowed to leave!)
