Nearly a local.  I came to the Whitsundays in 1981 when my parents moved to Hayman Island for work so the Whitsundays has been my home for many years.  Now my son calls this amazing destination his home!

I started with Ray White Whitsunday property management 5 years ago as the leasing agent when I was looking for a career change.  Having owned my own home and a couple of investment properties I thought how hard can it be! How wrong was I, property management is one of the hardest roles I have ever done (and this includes my 10 years service in the Australian Army). Whilst is has been hard with many difficult situations over the years it has also been very rewarding and every day is a new experience.  Working under the Ray White banner offers the team a fantastic support network and under he guidance of Mark and Belinda Beale the Property Management team of 11 wonderful ladies (and recently Ricky as the BDM) has grown to offer what I consider the best Property Management services in the Whitsundays.  I  am proud to say all the staff in the team are dedicated and strive to offer the best possible service to landlords and tenants alike.

I have just vacated from my little unit in Cannonvale and from the moment it came over to Ray White (from another real estate agent) all of the girls have been brilliant. From Jessica when it initially moved over to Rhiannon for the routines, Erin for maintenance, Jacqualine and Lisa for the vacate and Sarah at reception for day to day business everyone has been friendly, professional, accommodating and just down right fabulous :) They have made my dealings with Ray White 100% positive, as every single one of them go above and beyond in there job. I think it was really important to share this with you as I believe people are too happy to complain about the negatives, but very often forget to acknowledge the positives. We have been clients of Ray White Whitsundays since we purchased our block of 10 units in January, 2001. We left at one point due to a better commission offer from another real estate agency. However, since we've been assigned Sandy in May, 2012, we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we receive. Sandy religiously does reviews 3 monthly on our block of 10 units which is a lot of work just to gain access to each individual flat/unit. We're astounded and delighted at and with her work ethic. I commend Sandy Miller to you as terrific worker and an absolute asset to and for her real estate agent.
