My wife Emily and I recently had to leave Brisbane for work purposes and as a result decided to sell our home in Coorparoo. Initially we had no idea with which agent we should list our property for sale. We had a natural skepticism of real estate agents due to previous experiences of buying and selling homes. We wanted an authentic and honest individual with whom we could relate to and communicate openly with. A couple of weeks before we decided to sell, one of your agents, Sam Alroe, was door knocking in our area introducing himself and offering to assist if we ever had need for an estate agent. It was because of this first meeting that we thought we’d give Sam a call to see if he would be interested in selling our home for us. From the first meeting we had with Sam, we were thoroughly impressed with him. He was always well prepared and was efficient and respectful in all dealings. We decided on an auction campaign to sell the property. The intensive nature of the auction campaign due to its duration was demanding upon Sam’s time and he never once shirked responsibility. He was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and he took on much more responsibility than normal as we had already moved interstate. In the end, the property sold at auction within about 5 minutes above reserve. The campaign from start to finish was about 28 days in duration. Sam’s effort during that period was herculean. We couldn’t recommend Sam highly enough to people looking to sell their homes. He is humble, generous with his time, honest and authentic.
