Rodney Spink and Geoff Luby expand to Engadine

The success of Ray White Jannali has seen Principals Rodney Spink and Geoff Luby expand to open a new office in Engadine South of Sydney.

Their team of 11 staff in total is likely to expand, with the two locations working alongside the other to also expand their geographical reach.

The pair hope to see the new office propel them into achieving a dominant market share in the area, with the collective experience of the team spanning over 85 years.

“We look forward to establishing a good community standing, and really want to offer a platform for our agents to be well known and liked in our local community,” said Rodney.

Geoff added that working closely with the local community, businesses and charity groups were a key focus in helping them achieve this.

“Ensuring we have a good local presence at all local events and festivals, as well at local clubs and sporting meets is a really important community initiative for us,” said Geoff who is also the Vice President of the local Chamber of Commerce in Engadine.

“We aim to achieve this through closer relationships with local businesses and through joint venture advertising campaigns, also growing our referral base and local standing by supporting our local charity groups both financially and hands on.”

The pair have built a business on the values of support given from family, friends, colleagues and locals.

“It’s fantastic to see Ray White Jannali and the team expand in the local area,” said Stephen Nell, Ray White NSW CEO. “The expansion is a product of their hard work and success, and we have no doubt this new office in Engadine will surpass expectations.”

“We strive to constantly be involved in local causes and initiatives in a community we love, and giving back means more than just our support, but also our time and our presence,” added Rodney.
