Rob Anstee’s passion and commitment to real estate began in 1985 and it has been a story of learning, service and growth since day one. In 1990 Rob purchased his own office, now known as Ray White Shellharbour City. His main aim was to provide the Shellharbour Municipal area with the best possible service available by treating clients like friends and family rather than as clientele.
Rob has embraced the changes synonymous with running a successful franchise where the staff has expanded to 16 dedicated professionals. The Ray White Shellharbour City sales records are the envy of many offices in the Illawarra and Rob has a direct influence on the teams success. Rob encourages innovation and initiatives and this enthusiasm for change is a key ingredient in developing the Ray White team.
Rob’s leadership and guidance to his staff at Ray White Shellharbour City led to industry recognition including Best Sales Office for 2001 at the Real Estate Institute Illawarra Awards.
