Ray White welcomes new owners Melinda and Ashley Martin to Ray White Maleny
Melinda comes from a strong sales career in the medical industry beginning as a sales manager in Queensland and working her way up to eventually become the commercial director of a large medical equipment company in Australia.

Melinda said, “choosing Ray White was an obvious decision, having owned property in the area for 18 years and now residing at Witta, we have a strong correlation to the Maleny and Hinterland region”.
For Melinda and Ashley, being Ray White Maleny will ensure commitment and focus on offering their clients a point of difference.
Melinda says, “I feel we can do so much more for the people of Maleny and the Hinterland to service their needs in a manner they have never experienced and under the strength of the Ray White brand. We plan on utilising the tried and trusted worldwide systems offered by Ray White and provide a benchmark leadership service to all our clients.”
She said the goal for Ray White Maleny is to build strong trusting relationships within the community and to help all people whom they make contact with or that come through their doors – whether buying, selling or renting.
“The Sunshine Coast Hinterland is such a wonderful place to live. I expect huge growth over the next 10 years because people want to live here. I have a strong belief in our market and the people and I want the community to know how much we love living here and being part of this community.”
Ashley Martin will use his family farming background of dairy and beef production and the management of their 458 acre grazing property in Conondale to focus on helping people who may wish to buy or sell rural land in the region.
The couple’s daughter, Courtney Martin, will also be an integral part of the team, with almost eight years experience in the real estate industry in administration, property management and sales.
The family trio are taking over the Ray White Maleny office and are pleased to have retained a team of experienced salespeople with over 80 years combined _Know How experience in the real estate industry.
The team at Ray White Maleny intend to become the number one agency servicing the Maleny and Hinterland region.
“Melinda and I want the community to give Ray White Maleny the opportunity to deliver exemplary service and achieve outstanding results. We plan to redecorate our office, and make it welcoming, and hope that people will call us to discuss their needs,” added Ashley Martin.
