Ray White NSW leadership team unveiled

With an increased focus on the “epicentre” of Australian real estate, Ray White NSW has announced two new Chief Executives will assume leadership positions in its Sydney network.

Throughout the 2016 calendar year, 14 new businesses joined Ray White across Sydney. Identifying the need to integrate a deeper level of support into the growing network, industry stalwart, Jason Andrew joins the Group in the role of CEO – Sydney and Ray White veteran, Andrew Crauford has transitioned into the position of CEO – Sydney Metro.

As existing Chief Executive, Stephen Nell takes the helm as Chairman of Ray White NSW, Mr Andrew and Mr Crauford will be tasked with assisting Ray White franchisees in achieving a greater level of performance.

Mr Andrew will take charge of Ray White’s inner Sydney businesses. Mr Crauford’s new role will see him responsible for the southern, western and northern Sydney suburbs, outside of the inner-city markets.

Ray White residential businesses in NSW sold $11.5 billion in real estate last calendar year. Under the stewardship of Mr Andrew and Mr Crauford, Ray White’s brand presence in the most prestigious markets is set to strengthen even further through bringing their real estate business knowledge to the fore.

“Sydney has long been regarded as the epicentre of Australian real estate and I’m so excited to be the custodian of this critical marketplace,” Mr Andrew said. “Our initial strategy extends until 2020 and by then it is our goal to have raised the skills, service and standards of our agents, benefiting our vendors and as a precessional effect creating more profitable businesses.”

Mr Crauford added: “I’ve got the utmost respect for the White family and Stephen Nell. To have the opportunity to work with them and assist in the performance and greater development of the business is tremendously exciting. My biggest challenge is to deliver on the high standard of this company.”

Throughout his career Mr Andrew has overseen in excess of 15,000 property transactions, and has become a leading industry commentator, key-note speaker and mentor.

Mr Crauford has enjoyed more than a decade as a successful sales performer and principal at Ray White Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills. He will use his extensive experience working within the Sydney metro markets and as a former Ray White franchisee in his leadership position.
