Ray White expands to Auburn

Home seekers in Auburn can rest assured they are working with the best in real estate as Ray White Auburn opens its doors.

Ray White Auburn director and owner, Abraham Hussein, says after working in Auburn for the more than 20 years, he knows what his clients need, and he felt his business and clients could both benefit from aligning with Ray White.

“By joining Ray White, I am really aiming to ensure that our customers get the best that Ray White’s huge network can provide. I believe this change gives us more tools to offer to our community, without compromising our ethics and standards,” Mr Hussein said.

“Ray White maintains the traditional values and community focus that people in Auburn insist upon, and we are very excited to be able to offer our clients the Ray White experience,” he said.

Ray White’s NSW CEO Stephen Nell says Ray White maintains a strong market presence in western Sydney, with the addition of the Auburn office only strengthening it further.

“Abraham brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in this suburb to our group, and we are very pleased to extend a warm welcome to him and his team,” Mr Nell said.

Auburn is a hub for business, and has a strong multicultural community. The median price for a house is around the $650,000 mark, and $375,000 for units.

Mr Hussein says it has affordable options for families as well as singles or retirees.

“Our area has seen continued population growth over recent years, owing to its increasing popularity among people of all ages. Data from 2006 shows 29,082 people lived in the suburb, rising to 33,109 five years later.

“We are located just 19 kilometres west of Sydney so Auburn provides an ideal base for anyone who needs to commute into the CBD.

“Our market here is very strong, and now that we have joined Ray White, which is the number one network in Australia, we can better meet that market,” he said.
