Ray White Corby & Co Create Sea of Yellow at Baldivis Country Fair
Scorching hot Saturday weather did not deter thousands of people turning out to the Baldivis Country Fair recently, nor did it stop Ray White Corby & Co principal, Doug Corby, donning a Chewbacca suit.
For 40 years the Baldivis community has held the fair which showcases market stalls, food vendors, rides and amusements, stage and roaming entertainment and offers the chance to win some great prizes.
The team from Ray White Corby & Co manned a stall for the day showcasing their available properties and offering their support. They held a number of competitions throughout the day, with one lucky boy walking away with a coveted Green Machine. They also gave out almost 400 balloons on the day, keen to create a sea of yellow out there.
“We used up our whole tank of helium and the people on the stall next to ours were kind enough to let us use theirs as well.” Amy Sullivan explained. “The kids were also very excited to win a Green Machine and a HUGE jar of lollies.”
Using the fair as a great opportunity to create and renew relationships with the local community, they were run off their feet for the entire day. Encouraged by the success of attending this year’s event, the team are looking forward to doing it all again next year for the 41st annual Baldivis Country Fair.
