Ray White Chelsea is the top choice for property sellers

For the first time in its history, the largest real estate company in Australia is measuring the success of its offices based on customer satisfaction and a local office has topped the list.

The Ray White Group has announced that Ray White Chelsea had the highest rating in the state of Victoria based on client feedback.

“Ray White Chelsea, headed up by John Shore, were announced as the inaugural winners of the brand new Choice Award for the office with the best customer reputation as rated by clients,” Ray White chairman Brian White said.

“John and his team have illustrated their dedication to strong communication, results and care for their vendors in the community.”

These awards were presented in front of a record crowd 1,000 real estate professionals at Ray White Victoria and Tasmania’s annual awards night.

The rating is based on an automated survey that is sent to recent clients of each Ray White agent, the same survey system used by major global companies like apple and GE. The survey asks clients how happy they were with the agent’s service. And the feedback gathered describes an easy to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful and informed office.

Ray White Chelsea’s consistent positive feedback earnt them the award in late February based on feedback over the past year.

One of the office’s many testimonials collected through the system, reflects their service mentality: “Wendy impressed me when she sold us the property and was helpful and thorough with feedback when we sold the property with her a year later. Very professional at all times with fantastic communication.”
