Ray White Belconnen recognised nationally
RAY White Belconnen has been announced as a finalist in the 2018 REIA National Awards for Excellence.
The award-winning Canberra real estate agency is one of seven finalists vying for the Large Residential Agency of the Year award.
In 2017, the office was named REIA Medium Residential Agency of the Year.
Ray White Belconnen principal Ben Faulks said it’s an honour to be recognised in such an elite field.
“If you asked us when we started seven years ago, if we would be a finalist for the best large agency in Australia, we never would have believed we would be included in such elite company,” Mr Faulks said.
“Our focus on valuing relationships above transactions and investing in the careers of our people has enabled us to build a culture that we’re all very proud of. It’s very much a team effort and we’re delighted to have the opportunity to represent the nation’s capital on the national stage.”
REIA President Malcolm Gunning said the awards recognise the best of the best in Australian real estate.
“A total of 86 entrants will compete for 16 awards and I am sure that this year’s REIA National Awards for Excellence are going to be one of the best ever,” Mr Gunning said.
“This year the REIA National Awards for Excellence will be proudly hosted in my home state by the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) and competition is tighter than ever.”
The award categories cover all aspects of the real estate sector, including residential and commercial agencies, residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial property management, business brokers, buyer’s agents, community service, innovation and communications.
Real Estate Institute of Australia’s National Awards for Excellence will be held at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf in Sydney on Thursday 22 March 2018.
