Peter White brings big business mentality to Ray White Christies Beach
Ray White Christies Beach is undergoing a refreshing revitalisation as new owner Peter White brings in new energy, and a big business mentality to the real estate industry in the popular South Australian beachside suburb.
A self confessed ‘Adelaide Boy’, who has spent the last 24 years in Victoria, Peter says he is coming back home to South Australia, and looks at Ray White Christies Beach as a fresh start.
For Peter, business has been excellent since taking over the reins in October, “We have been performing all guns blazing. My sales team is refocused and refreshed, and listing properties at an impressive rate,” said Peter.
His vision is to bring big brand thinking to small business. “I watched Ray White from afar, and the business model is what I liked. Having worked for real estate agents in the past, the trend has always been that they have a small business mentality. I want Ray White Christies Beach to have a big business mentality, while offering the same personalised service and attention to detail that a small business can offer,” said Peter.
His goal is to build a strong database and re-integrate Ray White Christies Beach even further in the community, and build an even bigger sales team by attracting energetic and focused local talent to make Ray White the dominant real estate force in Christies Beach and surrounds.
“Ray White was always a dominant character in the past and I intend to build on that by providing amazing customer focused service to our clients throughout their real estate journey, and building on this reputation,” he said.
And Peter is well placed to deliver, with not only a strong 10 year real estate career behind him, but also a management and consulting background. With an eclectic career history which spans from the insurance industry, to financial planning and hospitality.
He will bring this expertise to the Christies Beach community, a diverse suburb considered the last remaining affordable beach suburb in South Australia, with property portfolios ranging from $200,000 to over $1million.
“It’s also quite a growth area,” according to Peter. “With a mix of blue collar working class clients to senior executives.”
He hopes to see this growth reflected in his business, by developing a culture that will empower his employees with the skill and confidence that they can work anywhere, but choose to be a part of the Ray White Christies Beach team anyway.
