When we were confronted with having to sell our family home at 22 Fox st, St Albans we approached a number of real estate agents in the area and held discussions. It became very apparent early, that Peter Travlos stood above the pack. Unlike others he did not try to attract our custom by inflating the market and the potential sale value of our property as most agents tend to do. He was very articulate in presenting us with facts and figures which were similar to the findings of our extensive research beforehand. We found his honesty refreshing. He presented us with sale and marketing strategy options and once we had decided on a campaign he proceeded to execute it with professionalism and aplomb. We were impressed by his confidence and tenacity to find buyers in a stagnant if not falling real estate market during the early part of 2012. His conduct of the auction itself was entertaining and above all articulate and professional eliciting a number of bids.
