Rural Sales Specialist - Bathurst, Ray White Emms Mooney

Peter Crampton has been a livestock client of Ray White Emms Mooney for years and joined the property selling side of the business in August 2012.  He brings years of real estate experience to the organisation, having been involved in residential subdivision since 1987 in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

Peter worked on large cattle stations after leaving school and joined a national wool firm where he undertook the stock and station agents licencing course in 1981, while working in Mudgee.

In 1986 Peter completed a degree in business (Land Economics) and a Diploma in Real Estate Valuation and accepted a position with a multi-national developer.  He progressed to become an Australian Director of this company in 1992 and in 1998 undertook a management buy-outs of its local assets, along with three other directors.

Peter attended boarding school in Bathurst and his wife, Ruth, worked at Mars prior to their marriage so, when they wanted to move back to NSW from interstate, the Central Tablelands was high on the agenda.

In 1999 the Crampton's purchased a 210 acre property at Glanmire and have been active members of the Bathurst community since moving to the area with their two daughters in mid 2000.

Peter chose Ray White Emms Mooney over other opportunities because of the company's strong local focus, while having the support and recognition of the huge, but family owned, Ray White group.
