Perth agent to repeat 24-hour open home
A Perth real estate agent is opening the doors of a fabulous Fremantle warehouse conversion for a mammoth 24-hour open home this weekend.
It’s the second time Ray White City Residential Perth principal Brent Compton has hosted an overnight inspection, following last year’s marathon open at three brand new exclusive East Perth waterfront apartments.
“I pride myself on being one of the hardest working agents in Perth and sometimes it’s good to remind people that I mean what I say,” Mr Compton laughed.
“I had so much fun last time, I thought I’d do it again, and thankfully I have a fantastic team to assist me but I will be there from start to finish.”
Mr Compton said the upcoming auction of 54 Henry Street on Wednesday, June 6, to be held at a black-tie luxury property auction event at Ku De Ta, is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a buyer to secure a rare piece of Fremantle history.
“It’s a beautiful property that deserves attention,” he said.
“Everybody should have the opportunity to see inside this property and it’d be great to have the company during the 24-hour open, even better if they bring some coffee or a Red Bull.”
From two properties on a block dating back to 1845, the current seller created a combined four level home which has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three valuable car parks in a prized part of Fremantle.
It was one of West End’s first warehouse conversions designed by renowned Fremantle architect Michael Patroni.
“This is a one-of-a-kind residence, in a blue-chip location, with architectural features you simply can’t replicate,” Mr Compton said.
“It’s a safe bet for any modern family or position property buyer who purchases it, and it will and must be sold at auction.”
Mr Compton is managing the open home at 54 Henry St, Fremantle from midday tomorrow until midday Sunday.
Also this weekend, he has organised what has to be Australia’s first ever 48-hour unmanned open home for a prime block of land a few kilometres away at 39 Mathieson Ave, North Fremantle.
“Buyers interested in 39 Mathieson Avenue can come down and see me at 54 Henry Street for more details and to chat,” he said.
