Perth agent to repeat 24-hour open home

A Perth real estate agent is opening the doors of a fabulous Fremantle warehouse conversion for a mammoth 24-hour open home this weekend.

It’s the second time Ray White City Residential Perth principal Brent Compton has hosted an overnight inspection, following last year’s marathon open at three brand new exclusive East Perth waterfront apartments.

“I pride myself on being one of the hardest working agents in Perth and sometimes it’s good to remind people that I mean what I say,” Mr Compton laughed.

“I had so much fun last time, I thought I’d do it again, and thankfully I have a fantastic team to assist me but I will be there from start to finish.”

Mr Compton said the upcoming auction of 54 Henry Street on Wednesday, June 6, to be held at a black-tie luxury property auction event at Ku De Ta, is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a buyer to secure a rare piece of Fremantle history.
