Paul Waterhouse- Commercial Director.

Paul is a multi-skilled commercial property specialist covering the Australian eastern seaboard since 2000. Paul is committed to meeting his clients’ specialised needs, particularly, the fields of Retail, Industrial, Office, Hotels and Leisure, Investments, Special Projects and Management.

Paul worked with Ray White Commercial on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales in 2005 in a startup business and by 2006 was the No 1 agent for New South Wales and the ACT.

After moving to Melbourne in 2009, Paul is excited to join forces with Matt Sims, and again the Ray White Group. Matt manages one of the largest, most driven teams in Real Estate and his dedication, commitment and belief in his process sees him as one of the most successful and admired principles in the group.

With a long love of horses, Paul has also found the time to excel in the eventing arena, and has represented Australia internationally and rode competitively for over 30 years. He lives in Melbourne with his partner Kathryn, their children Matthew, Nadine, Michael and Morgan, and their two dogs, Raymond and Tilley.
