Originally from a small country town called Melbourne, Paul was introduced to the concept of management rights about 12 years ago and relocated along with his wife Zoe to the beautiful Whitsundays.

Paul has a diverse career background working with some well known corporations and many of these encompass the importance of good customer service. Having managed McDonald's stores in Victoria, owning his own Vodafone dealership and running his own property business which involved the purchase, renovation & sale of period homes in suburban Melbourne over a 12 year period, he prides himself on the value of good customer service.
