Ella has acted on her faith, taking on sole ownership of the three offices at West End, Douglas and Bushland Beach. “My decision to take over the offices believes that we will see some good property growth in Townsville in the next 18 months to two years. This year will see a greater focus on the level of service we offer our clients in both sales and property management”.

Ella is arguably the longest serving property management professional in Townsville. She’s famous for being available around the clock for her investor and tenants needs, and her team is instilled with this same dedication.

Since joining the Ray White Group over 3 years ago, the combined offices have taken out a number of awards, earning them the number one title for property management January-June 2014, property management office for growth July-December 2014 & 2016, Business Development Manager for Queensland 2015, Business Development Manager of the Year Australia 2015, Business Development Manager for North Queensland 2016, Property Management Team Performance 2015 & 2016 and sales awards in auctions and property marketing. Ella brings to the business a long involvement in property, with four years managing two Harcourts offices.
