Always at the forefront of technology, Ray White Wilston was the first business in the Country to stream their auctions live online from their purpose built In-Room Auction facility on Kedron Brook Rd each fortnight. For the first time ever, owners had the opportunity to expose their properties to interstate and overseas buyers, dramatically increasing the level of competition. Absentee bidders now had complete confidence bidding online, in a totally transparent way without the requirement of even talking to an agent.

Ray White Wilston is extremely proud to be one of the finest auction offices in the country. They were recently recognized as Ray Whites #1 Auction office while having the highest clearance rates in the Country. The success of owners selling at auction is more influenced by the agent than market conditions. You have to ask why are Ray White Wilston’s clearance rates are consistently between 85-95% when the industry average in Queensland is rarely above 30% when we are all working within the same market conditions.

Ray White Wilston has invested heavily for the benefit of their sellers and buyers alike. Creating a world class In-Room Auction facility has been an integral part of their fortnightly auctions that are now streamed live around the world. Each auction we have registered bidders online from around the world bidding it out against traditional owner occupier buyers in person. This has seen sellers be able to achieve substantially better prices with a dramatic increase in competition which drives prices up.

Ray White Wilston auction over 20 homes each month and offer clients both in-room and onsite auctions, depending on the home and the owners preference.

Running an auction campaign is a highly specialized method of sale, with most agents unfortunately having very little understanding. This lack of knowledge is evident in the clearance rates, number of registered bidders and unfortunately the prices achieved.
