Our business provides two office fronts in the regional towns of Armidale and Guyra. We operate one committed business out of these premises with sales staff selling rural property, residential real estate and livestock.

The regional city of Armidale is well known for it’s excellent educational facilities. A fantastic range of both primary and secondary school’s are offered. Both private and public schools are available with fantastic reputations. A significant asset to the city is the University of New England, a popular destination for many tertiary students. The University provides Armidale with cultural diversity as it is a popular destination for many international students. Armidale is a strong sporting community and has fantastic grounds and facilities. Fine dining and shopping are also very well catered for in the precinct.

The smaller country town of Guyra has benefited from significant investment and recent development. The largest glass house in the Southern Hemisphere houses the Costa Groups hydroponic tomato farm. This significant operation has provided many employment opportunities and boosted the local economy. The Guyra district is known for its temperate climate, high rainfall and fertile soils. The area is highly regarded for its high livestock carrying capacities and ability to fatten livestock.

Grazing land in the New England has proven to be an excellent investment in recent years. The reliability of rainfall has been the envy of many alternate grazing districts and major drought events have been largely avoided.

The Ray White Rural sales team comprises 5 full time staff. The sales team have varying areas of expertise with each specializing in their own discipline.
