Established in September 2007, by husband and wife team Kristien and Leah Formosa, Ray White Phillip Island is a market leader.

Having worked locally in Real Estate for 15years and living on the island for over 30 years has given Kristien the natural understanding of the market and familiarity with the local community. Kristien’s involvement in local sports and community events makes him a prominent figure among locals. Kristien dedicates himself to a high quality of service and this dedication to customer service excellence flows through to the whole team. His pride in his work is reflective of his results to all past and presents clients.

Kristien’s success led him his new role as Principal of Ray White Phillip Island asking his lovely wife to join him. Kristien and Leah very quickly realised the need for a Property Management Department which was established in February 2009.

Now eight years on Leah, as Principal of the Property Management Department, has established a team of a dedicated Business Developer, Leasing Consultant and Property Managers who assist her to manage our fast growing Permanent Rental Portfolio.

Outgrowing our first premises, Ray White Phillip Island moved to a new prominent Main Street location located at 56-58 Thompson Avenue, Cowes in September 2010. Here we continue to provide quality customer service and treat each property like it was our own and each client like family.
