The core area comprises a wide range of suburbs with a very diverse band of properties ranging from 695 sqm to 50 acres. The style of properties have changed over the past 10 years with the accent now on large homes with price range varying greatly. Residential homes starting from around $550,000 to the higher end bracket of 5 acres at above $6 million.

About our Office

Ray White Dural has operated in the district for 26 years with Sandra Ward being the Principal for 15 years. Her comprehensive career began in Reception, through to Property Management then as a successful Sales Agent, qualifying her as an outstanding Principal today.
The staff are a close-knit group offering friendly advice and approaching real estate in a different way.

Million-dollar market is alive 
'An Oldie but a Goodie' ONE of Middle Dural's larger parcels of land has sold for $2.9 million through Sandy Ward from Ray White Dural. The 4.4ha land at 8 Cranstons Rd is mostly arable and comes with the original farm cottage, which has not been lived in for more than 20 years.
It was bought by a local who plans on lovingly restoring the old homestead over the next six months.

Plus 'Purchase on Purchase' IT TOOK only one week to sell the three-bedroom house at 221 Purchase Rd, Cherrybrook. Set on 1042sq m, in the Cherrybrook Technology High School catchment.
The property sold for $690,000 through Ray White Dural.
