Ray White Commercial (WA) combines the very best of a wealth of accumulated experience and the enthusiasm of youth. The business was established in February 1991 as Transtate Real Estate by Russ Parham who was subsequently a founding partner of the Ray White Commercial Perth business. Russ commenced in the real estate profession in 1977 with his father at Les Parham & Associates.

The company became Ray White Commercial Burswood in February 2011 and Ray White Commercial (WA) in February 2016 having grown rapidly in its first 5 years following its acquisition of the Ray White Commercial franchise. In July 2016 we acquired ProProperty Pty Ltd and merged the businesses to form a large Agency. The business continues to grow by providing its clients knowledge of the intricacies of commercial property transactions which include management, leasing, sales and consultancy work.

The company has consistently featured in the top ten offices results in the Ray White Commercial Group in its short history. In 2012 it was No.6 of 60 offices internationally and Russ Parham was the number 1 sales and leasing negotiator in Australasia for 2012. The company takes great pride in everyone excelling in service delivery.

The business is driven by the combined management and negotiating expertise of Russ Parham, Stephen Harrison (Director and Sales & Leasing Manager), Chris Matthews (Director) and Aishling Waldron (Manager of the Asset Management Division). The Management Team is ably supported by Brett Wilkins, Enrique Reyes, Josh Sumner, Tom Jones, Ashley Gibbs, Siobhan Daly, Aaron Watson, Helen Rogers, Laisha Lawrence, Melissa Wright, Irene Liitiaeinen and Shannon McDougall.

The company specialises in commercial and industrial property and has the experience and expertise to assist with all industrial, office, commercial and retail property and will always provide the best research and advice to our clients to ensure results are maximised for them.

Ray White Director and CEO, Dan White, said the Western Australian move is in line with similar changes to the Group’s commercial operations in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Dan White said the Burswood office headed by property industry veteran Russ Parham was ideally positioned to lead the Ray White Group’s commercial business in WA.
