He discovered he shared the same passion for real estate that his family lived and breathed fourteen years ago, and he has been a licensed estate agent ever since. Nigel brings with him a wealth of experience and understanding of the real estate market. Beginning his career at Ray White Coorparoo fourteen years ago, he soon developed a following. His experience and success in Real Estate progressed into a Business and Sales Role training for the Ray White Corporate Office in Queensland, assisting franchise offices overall business success with a strong Client Care approach.

Nigel then spent the last six years managing a large team of real estate professionals in a successful inner-city Ray White office. There is no facet of the Queensland real estate market that he's not familiar with, and he brings that same familiarity and experience to every property campaign. The energy and drive he throws into each sale, as well as the strong relationships he has built over his career, reflect the genuine devotion he holds for his career, and dream job.

Now starting a family of his own with his wife Rebecca and gorgeous daughter Georgina, he realised that there was only one perfect place his family could truly call home, so he moved back to Coorparoo where he himself was born and raised. He has immense pride in being part of the community, and gains a genuine joy in seeing the suburb successful and thriving.

To me as an old woman in my 70's to sell a property is a formidable task. I am happy to have appointed Nigel Summerville as my agent to sell my investment property.
