New Ray White Blacktown City owners dedicated to providing the service they’re renowned for
Dany Zora and Nicholas Nassif, both well known Blacktown locals and real estate agents are turning business owners, with the opening of the newest Ray White office in Blacktown City, and a dedication to continuing to deliver the customer service they are known for.
Dany went from cadet to senior salesperson within the space of a year when he first began in 2003 and has been a key salesperson with Ray White Blacktown ever since. While Nick has excelled in achieving the best possible results for his clients across the board, whether selling, buying or investing.
Thanks to the duo’s key relationships with many Blacktown local businesses, they have been able to attribute a great deal of success to referrals because of their genuine customer focused attitude.
“I am the same person that my clients would meet at the bar, I don’t put on a show. Because of that, I’ve been able to build some really great relationships in the local community, and with many of the local businesses, which has resulted in a number of referrals,” said Dany.
One passion the duo want to embed in their new business is their dedication to helping disadvantaged children, “I would love to become a sponsor for kids that are disadvantaged in the area and work with programs that show kids a great path in life,” said Dany.
Blacktown City is one of Sydney’s premiere multicultural areas, with a high percentage of investors and owner occupiers.
“There is a great deal of investor activity in Blacktown due to its easy access to the city, and Parramatta with between 30 to 50 percent of property owned by investors in the area,” said Dany.
Dany and Nick are part of team of six, including property management, reception and administration staff with the goal to more than double that number and grow steadily.
