We are writing this email in regards to the recent sale of our house at 56-58 Loder Road Thagoona by Neil Mundy. The settlement was finalised yesterday. We had the house on the market twice previously with two different real estate agents based in Ipswich with no success. Neil knows who they are. Anyways, we were at our wits end and wondering why the house would not sell as it is a great home. I was at Ipswich for work matters and I rang your office and spoke to Neil. I then went and saw Neil at your office. He was eating lunch however I was more important than his cold Maccas. I told Neil about our issues especially when we had lowered the price by $20 000 at the assistance on the last agent that we hired. It also cost us nearly $2000 in advertising etc. Neil offered his services, had a look at the website and advised us of our problems and issues and set out a plan on how he would sell our house. Neil went out and took professional photographs of our house and made a video. These were 200% on the others that had been taken by the other agents. The house looked awesome. Neil advised us that the house was worth the original price that we originally had on it however we could not raise the price again. Neil explained why and we agreed with him. Neil then went to work. He had open houses nearly every weekend, liaised with the tenants that were in the house at the time and feedback from them is that he was friendly, considerate of their needs and always very professional. Neil brought many potential buyers through and found a buyer after a short time. (Compared with the others. One agent only brought 6 people through in 6 months). The big issue that Neil had was that no one knew where Thagoona was. He rectified that very quickly. Neil looked after our interests and after an offer by the buyer that was not close enough he negotiated and we got close to the asking price. Neil was always in contact with us and made us feel that we were his only clients with his constant feedback, ideas and potential issues. We know that he had another 50 houses on the go. Even after the sale Neil telephoned now and again to advise us that all was well with the contract and the buyer. Anyways, we want to let you know that Neil is an asset to Ray White and Jayne and I are very grateful for his total dedication to us, professionalism and most of all his ethics and integrity!!!!!!!!
