Most Awarded Property Economics Student Joins Ray White

Ray White, the largest property group in Australasia has recently welcomed the only University of Technology Sydney (UTS) student in history to receive the Australian Property Institute Year Prize for three consecutive years.

Property Analyst Matthew Yang has achieved seven awards from his time at university including the Australian Property Institute Gold Medal, the Property Council of Australia Property Economics Award, the RICS Property Economic Prize, the AMP Capital Property Economics Prize and the Australian Property Institute Year Prizes (Years 1, 2 and 3).

According to Mr Yang, his achievements over the past three years have confirmed his passion for financial markets, in particular, the property industry and acknowledges the many industry professionals who have continued to inspire him.
