I would like to commend Michael Stack on his dedicated and professional service on the 'Sale of my Home'. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone who is considering selling their house. My personal situation was nothing short of disastrous. The banks instigated proceedings to foreclose on my home. Michael came in and competently took control of the matter and turned a bad situation into a winner.Within a 4 week period, Michael instigated all relevant material, literature and advertising for a very successful Auction. Michael took the lead in every area, including organising a great solicitor (hard to find) to weekly feedback Auction Reports, which disclosed a broad range of information on the progression as the Auction date drew closer.Michael was one step ahead at all times.
