I had listed my building, (the Church at Leichhardt Street, Spring Hill), with another prominent Brisbane agency when Michael cold called me. My impression was that Michael would be more aggressive while the others were too passive. As their soft approach had not yielded any result, I moved my listing. I wasn’t an easy client. I was demanding, stressed and reactive. But Michael was patient. It was also not the best time to sell, and the building was unique in that it was heritage listed and therefore harder to move.
