Down-to-earth, friendly and good natured, he has a strong work ethic which combined with his easy going disposition makes him an ideal real estate agent. Mark is focussed on looking after his customers’ needs and communicating effectively with his clients. His approachability is what defines him. “I have learnt not to judge a book by its cover” Mark reflects.
Prior to joining Ray White, Mark owned and operated his own business for 10 years in hospitality and then in consulting. He worked in Sydney for 15 years including two years for a property development company specialising in commercial and residential redevelopments. He has personally bought and sold both residential and commercial property in Bathurst and Sydney and understands the mechanics and emotion of real estate from both sides of the transaction, buyer and seller. His passion is property development and can help you with either commercial or residential property.
He has worked as a labourer, factory hand, wool rouse about, fitness instructor and sales representative. Corporately, Mark has worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Tooheys Brewery and State Marketing Manager for TAB Corp. He has General Managed large hospitality venues such as the Greengate Hotel Killara and The Carrington Function Centre Bathurst.
His business philosophy is very simple. “I treat people like I would like to be treated”. Mark has a “talk is cheap” attitude and measures his success on results and referral business.
Mark understands that many customers like to keep their business private. As such, he makes client confidentiality a part of how he sells and lists real estate.
Mark lives in Bathurst with his wife and three children. He is happy to share not only his regional expertise but also the benefits of living in the Bathurst region with his customers.
