Principal, Ray White Ingham
Marie Hubert commenced as the new owner and principal of Ray White Ingham in early 2010. No stranger to the Ingham property market, having joined Ray White Ingham in 2007 where she has worked across the spectrum of roles from administration, property management and sales.
When you talk real estate and property related matters to Marie Hubert you will soon discover that she is a fountain of knowledge with exceptional experience. She brings to the table in excess of 25 years experience in real estate and building development related roles spanning: development, construction, building supplies, sales, marketing, design and business administration.
A nine-year stint as partner in a building business in Townsville (1991 – 2000) involved developing house and land packages, construction project management, and sales and marketing. Testament to the quality of her company's work was acknowledged with several HIA and Master Builder Awards. Marie has also worked for two major Australian development companies: Colliers International Sydney, leaders in residential and commercial property development where she sold land off the plan on new subdivisions of very large-scale projects. Three years with residential development specialist, Mirvac in an interior decorating capacity saw Marie provide direct assistance to customers to specify interiors to their individual requirements.
Marie discovered Ingham's many virtues after her children attended school in the area and has now fondly called the township home for several years with no plans to move. She joined Ray White in 2007, deciding that she would like to continue her career working with "the biggest and the best." She is looking forward to exploring the new technologies available through Ray White to continue to improve service levels and to "use technology to its full potential" to take the business to the next level.
