Leading agency expands to Wahroonga

One of Sydney’s most successful real estate businesses on the upper north shore, Ray White Turramurra, has announced its expansion into Wahroonga.

Turramurra principal, Peter Sutton has partnered with long-time sales agent, David Walker, to open the new office.

“Our business is growing so rapidly and we saw an opportunity in the Wahroonga market. We’ll very much operate as one business and our new office will have the strength of Turramurra behind it,” Peter said.

David Walker has been with the Turramurra office since 2006 and is currently the number one salesperson in the Ray White NSW network. He specialises in the Wahroonga marketplace.

“It’s an exciting time. It has been an active start to 2015 for real estate on the upper north shore, with buyer activity picking up where it left off at the end of last year.

“A combination of low interest rates, the falling Australian dollar and solid returns in the Australian stock market are contributing to buyer confidence. With interest rates predicted to fall again in the coming months, the activity in the Wahroonga market shows no signs of slowing,” David explains.

For the Ray White Group, the expansion is a welcome move.

“Peter has developed a wonderful team and David has emerged as his new partner with the opening of Ray White Wahroonga.

“David is already the leading agent in Wahroonga and opening a business was the natural next step. We are immensely proud of the union and direction of this thriving business,” said Stephen Nell Ray White NSW CEO.

“Nothing pleases me more than to see the ambitions of our talented young members come to fruition. It’s gives me great pride to commend David and his team to the Wahroonga marketplace,” Brian White, chairman of the Ray White Group added.

Peter and David aim to bring a better level of service to the Wahroonga community.

“We see huge potential in Wahroonga. We’ve been actively working in the area for years and it seemed only natural to bring a physical presence to the community.

“My team and I keep our clients’ experience at the fore every day. We work to three core values: trust, performance and honesty in every aspect of our property transactions. These values are the foundation upon which we build our business and I’m looking forward to bringing them to the Wahroonga community,” David concludes.
