Lovely Lauren Lowther It was round September 2015 when I just happened to be in my front garden at 42 Preston St Rye when I noticed a rather intriguing site of a well dressed lady negotiating the hill outside the property to place her advertising blurbs in my letter box. That's where we connected initially - she said hello would you like an appraisal. I said maybe give me a ring in 6 weeks or so time and that if she pestered me I would not comply. Sure enough the Lovely Lauren contacted me at the allotted time and politely asked me was I ready. No I wasn't she told me she would not pressurise me and she didn't. Lauren rang me occasionally throughout the rest of 2015 and each time I said not ready. In the background my ex partner was pressuring me to sell and she had had two appraisals from two men from two other agencies. I am more interested in giving women the opportunity to shine wherever possible and this occasion was no exception. Well 2016 arrived and at last LLL (the Lovely Lauren Lowther) had her chance to give an appraisal. She initially did it with 3 bed 1 bath but immediately updated it to 4 bed and 2 bath - the same day I was impressed. We chatted about the house and she gave me her considered opinion. I am a criminologist specialising in forensics so I am very very detailed minded and I was impressed with what she had to say and the detail in which she had viewed our home and captured the true essence of it. She is an enthusiastic, supportive, warm and charming real estate representative. I believe that if you do an outstanding job, stick to your word and perform at your highest you should be rewarded accordingly and that is why I did not negotiate the commission rate down. I made it clear that my co owner and I had a benchmark we required to sell at and would not take one cent less.
