Kim Hayes has over twenty years of real estate experience and a track record as one of Australia's leading real estate agents. Growing up in Perth, Kim moved to Sydney via Melbourne with 8 years as Sales Manager at Biggin & Scott and 8 years at McGrath, before finding her new home at the Ray White Double Bay Group over 8 years ago. Kim has a keen eye for presenting properties given her vast experience in styling.

Achieving a 90% auction clearance rate, Kim is well qualified in her role as a lecturer and mentor on negotiation techniques and is well attuned to adapting to new markets and new people.
