When I first spoke to Keb I was seeking for the property to be valued but was unsure if our family wanted to sell the home. Keb was understanding and did not put any pressure on us to sell. When the family decided to sell the home, Keb was understanding of the fact that we had to go through VCAT for approval first. When we received the approval, Keb came to our home and spent time with us to explain the process, the marketing campaign and how an auction works. This was followed by a few more visits to touch base and see how we were going with it all as it was our first time selling. Keb remained in full contact during our sales and marketing campaign by letting me know through text and phone calls how many people has been through the house for inspections, people who requested the section 32 and letting my know the price range people were willing to pay.
