I wanted to take this opportunity to write to you all letting you know the great experience we have had with Josh as our representative. Not only the sale of our house, but in brokering a deal for our new house also. From the get go Josh was positive and passionate, during the whole sale process he always kept me informed at every single step, about offers, private viewings and overal campaign reports. I actually gave Josh a hard time a couple of times through the sale but he never lost site of the end goal which was a difficult position to be put in. He was adamant in finding me a new home, as he knew that I wouldn’t sell unless I had a new home to buy, we actually had an offer on our house but had to decline it as we didn’t have anywhere to go. In any other position, I have no doubt that others would’ve given up but Josh took it on and we are finally here with a sale. And I will also mention that I asked Josh to go back and sell my house as we had a home to buy and he brought me an accepted offer in 1 day! which in itself is amazing and shows his determination. Considering that I have close relatives in real estate I will still use Josh moving forward if I ever decide to sell my other properties or potentially buy another investment. I wish to make a positive testimonial as to the wonderful professional interaction I had with Joshua Pinn in his capacity as Sales Consultant with Ray White during the process of selling my home in Preston. Over the course of seven weeks he was the consultant I had the most face to face time with and I always found him to be well presented and well spoken. He obviously put in the hard yards from turning up extremely promptly for open house days, to letterbox dropping in the street. All of this time was spent with a generosity of spirit and I received a sense that he genuinely wanted to be there for a good outcome. He made himself available for conversation or queries. He demonstrated a good knowledge of the real estate industry. He proved himself a good strategist, when interest in the property was flagging Josh put forward the strategy to drop the advertised price to attract more buyers. The end goal being that more competition would raise the price at auction day. This strategy proved to be correct. His communication skills were such that I had no trouble understanding the concept and put well founded faith in his opinion. At the end of the day I felt that along with the Ray White team, Joshua was instrumental in providing a wonderful outcome at auction.
