A long and arduous process, but a good outcome. This was a difficult sale for all concerned because of circumstances that changed during the marketing of the property. Despite this, John didn't falter in the high level of service he provided. He was patient and courteous in waiting and suspending sales activities while necessary legal processes were finalised, but regularly remained in touch with me. He provided prompt and detailed feedback on his marketing efforts and after all inspections and 'open house' days.
