Jeremy Tyrrell and the team at Ray White Box Hill turned a situation we were dreading, into one of the highlights of 2016. Having had a horrific experience with another Real Estate group only 18 months ago, we interviewed several agents as we began the very arduous task of selling our father's/our childhood home. I was much wiser for my negative experience and came armed with a long list of questions and requirements and Jeremy ticked all the boxes. He was incredibly sensitive yet genuine and extremely honest and supportive during our "interview process" and beyond. He was happy for us to double check and ask for more information and do our homework. We took our time in deciding ( due to personal issues) yet at NO STAGE was he ever pushy, patronising nor arrogant, which we found with other agents. We were involved and consulted all the way through, yet I felt he was "taking care of everything". He inspired every confidence in us , and has changed my opinion of Real Estate Agents forever !
