Over twenty five years experience in the commercial office leasing sector with an emphasis on the near city and suburban Brisbane office markets. Jason has specialized over this time period in a wide variety of project office leasing appointments for both institutional and private clients. His involvement in the near city office market has seen him heavily involved in the pioneering of the success of the office park concept in Brisbane having worked on various stages of projects such as Coronation Dve Office Park and Kings Row Office Park in Milton. He has also been heavily involved in the success of a number of key suburban office markets such as Upper MtGravatt and Chermside as alternative office locations for tenants looking to decentralise their operations.
