Hazel began her Real Estate career working for an international real estate company in Dublin, Ireland.  She continued to work in the real estate industry for a number of years after moving to Sydney in 1986.  It was then that her love for various architectural styles let her to become an interior designer, working in the Upper and Lower North Shore.

Block Record Price (in record time!) - 14 Jul 2017 Hazel was fantastic in organizing the sale of my apartment, as there were tenants in it, it was very important they were disturbed as little as possible, I also wanted a quick sale so the tenants weren't in limbo for too long. These constraints were not an issue for Hazel, she organized an off market viewing and had it sold within 3 hrs of the viewing. Hazel had impeccable preparation leading up to the open from organizing flyers, photos, calling clients might be looking, and working with the tenants for suitable timings, so inspection day was all about execution and delivering results (which she absolutely achieved). This was the first property I have sold, Hazel made the process simple, easy and very quick. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

Lane Cove's Hidden Gem Hazel is easily found in the middle of Lane Cove, often sitting at her desk in the front window of Allen Estate Agents. I often walked by and saw her involved in animated conversation quickly becoming evident that there are not many people in Lane Cove who do not know Hazel! I will be forever grateful that I chose to engage her in conversation as I passed one day. What was evident was the fact that Hazel knows real estate, and in particular, she knows the real estate of Lane Cove and its surrounds. It was not long before she contacted me with, I've found it, you must come and inspect it, and you WILL buy it! And within 2 working days I had! One of the concerns I have always held is whose side is the agent on, the Vendor or the Buyer? It was comforting to see the generous praise on this same site by the Vendor of the property I bought. It is pretty clear that Hazel has got the balance exactly right. Now to the 'Hidden Gem' bit! Having bought a large 3 bed apartment that needed a total renovation, I had no idea where to start. Thankfully, I asked Hazel if she knew where I might find a Project Manager to get me through… to which she responded 'you are looking at one'! With Hazel quickly engaged she had the various teams in and renovating with incredible speed. I settled on a Wednesday and the builders were doing the strip-out the next day with body corporate consent already agreed. Hazel took care of every decision, both major and minor, engaged every tradesman, managed their pricing, managed their comings and goings whilst keeping me fully informed along the way and seeking my opinion and agreement where it was required.
