Growth the priority for Ray White Peregian Beach

On November 10, Peregian Beach’s very own local Robbie Neller became the new owner of Ray White Peregian Beach – his vision to continue to grow and build the business with a market share leadership and customer experience excellence backed by the biggest brand in real estate.

A third generation Peregian Beach local and Elite Performer, Robbie became a salesperson at the ripe age of 18 and at 26 has an impressive 11 years industry experience. He credits Ray White as being the only brand with enough faith to give him a go early on. “People thought it was funny that I was selling homes at that age but I persevered through the GFC and came out the other end,” he said.

Robbie has been a force at the Ray White Peregian office as sales manager after making a return to the brand that gave him his first opportunity. With an impressive track record of 30 percent market share of properties sold over $400,000, he says there is no other brand that supports real estate professionals quite like Ray White.

“Without that support, there is a high chance agents can fail,” he said. His experience and energy combined with the Ray White brand will be invaluable, “I have the same dedication to my staff and my clients that Ray White has to me.”

Already deeply involved in the local community, Robbie is a proud sponsor of the Peregian Lion’s Club (he will MC/host the annual Christmas Carols this year) and a regular at the local Sunshine Beach High School where he works alongside teachers in the ‘building better boys’ programme.

“It is so rewarding helping these kids find something they love doing from a young age, and giving them the confidence in their ability to be successful in their lives and future careers.”

Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland said that this display of leadership and mentoring will be invaluable to the Group.

“Robbie has proven that he not only wants to be successful, but he wants those around him to be too. It is a rare gift to see people motivate and dedicate themselves to someone else’s success and we have every confidence he will bring out the best results in his team and his office,” he said.

Robbie has been recognised for his sales success after being nominated as a finalist for the REIQ Salesperson of the Year award two years in a row, and this year he hopes to take out the title.
