This philosophy is successful as in 2017 Greg won an award for the second highest number of sales for all of the Ray White Runaway Bay Group consisting of four offices.

He has a strong, sales and marketing background as well as many years in managing his own businesses. Greg has been selling real estate for several years now on the Gold Coast and knows the area well.

Knowing what is required to sell houses and how apartment complexes operate is a distinct advantage. Greg has also knows what investors and developers need and has made good contacts in these areas.

We first met Greg Johnson when we moved to the Gold Coast from South Australia and purchased a property. Although he showed up through many properties and was extremely helpful in especially helping us decide on area and our definite needs we did eventually buy elsewhere after popping through an open for inspection. Even after missing out on a sale Greg wished us well and continued to help us with other areas of our settlement. He was of great assistance to us at all times. When recently we decided due to ill health we needed to sell our home we called in Greg. Greg came to us fully prepared with all the relevant information on our homes history and all sales of similar properties around us. We were very impressed that he didn't just use comparable sales as a price guide but really looked at what improvements we had in our home and how that would impact on price. He then eventually suggested a price higher than we suggested to him and was very confident of our success at that price. Whilst we weren't really looking to immediately list, Greg had the foresight to book a professional photographer for the following day and an open house the following weekend if we gave the go ahead. Greg arrived early for the open well prepared and armed with everything a buyer would need which is why I believe he was able to secure an early sale at almost full price from that first weekend of opens. It is a mark of professionalism that Greg still assisted us with inquiries and information regarding the house we wanted even though he wasn't involved in the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Johnson to anyone looking to sell or buy and indeed have already done so. Ray White are fortunate to have the services of such a professional sale consultant and we thank him and them.

When my husband had to go into a home i didn't want to stay in our four bedroom house and have to look after it on my own. I found a brand new townhouse near where my husband was. This was much more suitable for me and made visiting easy. Greg looked after this purchase and also the sale of my house. which sold in the first week, at a price I was happy with. Everything went very smoothly and without any stress. Even after I had moved in, Greg wrote to the Body Corporate for me about putting shades on my balcony. I wish to thank you very much for your efforts in selling my townhouse in Brown Street, Labrador last November.. On three occasions you achieved for me the highest price ever offered for a property in the complex. The first sale fell through due to the valuer - of whom i have heard since, is not well regarded in the industry hereabouts. The second was the offer from a young lady, but it was just a little bit too low, but still good. The third occasion was the man who purchased my property - still the highest price ever obtained in the complex. You also had several other people willing to purchase at the same price approximately, however, it eventuated that they all had pets, and this complex does not permit animal - or like the second last offer - I refused them. In regards to the pets, and to one particular would be purchaser, you even went beyond call of duty, and had an interview with the complex manager to see if anything could be done regarding the pet situation, as they lady was elderly and really wanted the townhouse, and definitely did not want to be parted with her little dog. The above impressed me no end, as agents who had previously tried to sell the townhouse for me, all lived by the same mantra - 'lower price, lower the price, lower the price'! It was like some religious ritual. They, without exception wanted the property on the market for at least $40,000 under the eventual sale price. When the price was lowered, it was my decision entirely. After the sale was publicly noted, quite a few of the other owners in the complex came to me and asked for the name of the person who had made the sale, and said they all felt this was a very fair price and it had given them encouragement to stick to the price they wanted when they came to sell. So once again, Greg, thank you for the wonderful service - I passed your name on to friends who could possibly be wanting to sell their property in the future. Your professionalism is to be admired.

We have been looking for an investment property for about 8 months now and have looked at many units and have had a lot of dealings with various agents, with most of them being very slack with no customer service at all. However then we came to a Ray White open home and met yourself and Greg Johnson. The unit wasn’t for us but Greg continued to call me with different units to look at. I must say we were very surprised that he was so persistence as we had not experienced this from any other agent before.
