Francine Setchell is an experienced manager with a proven track record in real estate and construction. Formerly from the UK, Francine worked in the English real estate scene for over a decade, before coming to Australia to reside. Having been involved in all facets from appraisals and valuations, negotiations and consulting in renovations, her experience has been broad and interesting in the industry.

Having now raised her family whom have been invaluable in building the network, Francine has returned to what she loves most to do ….real estate. We approached three Gold Coast based agents, all of whom had sold units at Varsity Towers, regarding the sale and Francine's prompt and very thorough response was the reason that we chose to engage RWSP for the sale: all quoted similar fees and rates, RWSP was in the middle so price was not a significant determiner; all gave similar price ranges for the likely sale, so I was seduced by promises of an unrealistic sale price. The RWSP difference was that Francine was more proactive providing a CMA and a few other details without being asked. We had one contract fall through because of funding difficulties but sold to the second buyer offer. Francine kept us continually informed throughout both transactions and provided excellent support through to the final sale. In summary Francine was professional, friendly, helpful and efficient, as well as perhaps most importantly being effective. A very positive experience for us. Thank you.

Managed contract negotiations very effectively with several buyers on expressions of interest. Handled sensitive issue of getting our business after we were disappointed by contract negotiations direct (no agent) with a tenant/purchaser through our solicitor.
