Familiar faces come to Moorooka
With a combined 30 years experience, three of the area’s most dynamic real estate agents have joined forces to open the new Ray White Moorooka office.
Mark Kearns, Michelle Huston and Liz Cruse said their decision to join Ray White came down to the support offered.
“We looked at a lot of real estate brands but we kept coming back to Ray White because of their support structures. We have plans to build a property management department and we want to create an environment that will challenge and develop our team members. Ray White offers everything we need in order to grow ourselves and our business,” Mark explained.
Living locally and sharing a deep knowledge and passion for the local area, Mark, Michelle and Liz all agree that the future of real estate in Moorooka is looking bright.
“Housing in the area is really strong. We’re seeing investors as well as upgraders and first home buyers active in the marketplace.
“It’s no surprise it’s a popular place for buyers, the community is a key reason people want to live in the area; the local schools are great and it’s a fantastic place to live.”
Ray White Queensland CEO, Tony Warland said it is with great pleasure that he welcomes the new partnership to the Group.
“The next generation of leadership is now heading up Ray White Moorooka. Mark and Michelle have enjoyed many years of success as a selling team and Liz has also built an outstanding operation. These three professionals are now combining their success and taking the natural progression into leadership.
“There is nothing more rewarding than seeing ambitious people taking on their own business in a wonderful community,” Mr Warland said.
For the new Ray White Moorooka team, their ambition is clear: bring a new style of real estate to the suburb.
“We are determined to bring a holistic and honest service to the local community. Building our sales and property management teams is about bringing the right people into the business, it’s not about getting bums on seats.
“Our goal is to build the most trusted real estate business in the region,” Mark said.
