Familiar faces come to Moorooka

With a combined 30 years experience, three of the area’s most dynamic real estate agents have joined forces to open the new Ray White Moorooka office.

Mark Kearns, Michelle Huston and Liz Cruse said their decision to join Ray White came down to the support offered.

“We looked at a lot of real estate brands but we kept coming back to Ray White because of their support structures. We have plans to build a property management department and we want to create an environment that will challenge and develop our team members. Ray White offers everything we need in order to grow ourselves and our business,” Mark explained.

Living locally and sharing a deep knowledge and passion for the local area, Mark, Michelle and Liz all agree that the future of real estate in Moorooka is looking bright.

“Housing in the area is really strong. We’re seeing investors as well as upgraders and first home buyers active in the marketplace.

“It’s no surprise it’s a popular place for buyers, the community is a key reason people want to live in the area; the local schools are great and it’s a fantastic place to live.”
