Having sold three of Sydney's most well known listings, "Eynesbury" 22 Albert Street Edgecliff for $33,250,000 (*Highest residential auction price under the hammer in Australia), The Lighthouse Keepers Cottage Vaucluse (*Constitution of Australia) & Cleveland Darling Point 1885 built by Sir Robert Tooth, Evan specialises in the process of selling unique and high end homes yet also holds record sales in the apartment markets.

When deciding to sell my late father's unit in Vaucluse, my aunt was adamant she wanted Evan Williams from Ray White Double Bay to manage the listing and I have to say she could not have chosen a better agent to advocate on our behalf. From the onset, Evan understood with empathy the emotional rollercoaster that can happen when dealing with a deceased estate.
