Property Management Principal, Ray White Ipswich Property Management
Deanne plays the role of Mentor and Driver within the Ray White Ipswich office. In 2005, Deanne was already working as a sales executive with Ray White Ipswich and recognised the need for change in the way investment portfolio's purchased in the Ipswich area were being managed.
Today with over 700 properties Deanne and her team ensures that Property Management extends beyond the collection of rents. It means making sure the great culture in our office is not an activity performed sometimes to boost morale but ingrained into everything we do everyday. Daily staff training, daily team meetings, payments to owners when and how they would like it and keeping communication the forefront of what we do everyday.
I made a great decision when I moved the care of my property to Ray White Property Management 3 months ago. Good communication is essential for me when I deal with companies and I cannot fault the helpful, prompt and professional service I have received when communicating with the team at Ray White Ipswich. Best of all, my two units were tenanted within a fortnight have transferring the property over. What a relief to know everything is being take care of!
I am a new Landlord to the area. I bought the house through Ray White and hence thought I'd try their rental arm. As happy as I was with Sales Team, I was blown away by the service from the Rentals Team. I have a few other properties, but never have I had the service in placing tenants that I received through this office. Each week at least two inspections were arranged and following each, I received a written report and a follow up phone call. On a weekly basis I received a report on how my property was trending with regards other properties in the area e.g. number of inquiries, applications given/received etc. It has now just let and I am looking forward to a good relationship with both the agent and the tenant. I would recommend using Narelle and the team to find your next tenant. I am also happy to talk to any prospective landlord. Peter T
