Dean Vasil grew up in the family owned business of Ray White Earlwood which has been operating in the area since 1978.

Dean, a third generation real estate agent, began his career with the marketing and acquisitions of commercial investments, residential development sites and off the plan projects in the Sydney Metropoliotan area before turning his career to the residential property market and low density developments throughout Sydney and the Inner West.
