Hi Daryl Now that my day has settled down and i have an opportunity to reflect back on the sale of our apartment, I just wanted to thank you for all your effort. We are very pleased with the result. No doubt it was not the easiest place to sell given its close proximity to Old South Head Road, it's low position in the block and the lack of light etc. Like many sellers I suspect, we did daydream about getting some ridiculously high price for it. But other times we wondered whether we'd get anywhere near $700k or whether we'd get any fair dinkum buyers. My main concern was if it didn't sell within a reasonable time, buyers would lose interest in it as it became more and more stale. I've seen that occur. It was only about 6 months ago when we bought another property in Newtown and arranged finance etc, the value of our unit at Rose Bay was estimated to be around $650k. Even then I wondered if the bank was being overly generous in its valuation. At that time, i didn't even think we could get close to the result you have achieved for us. So I just wanted to thank you again for your professionalism and salesmanship. The result certainly vindicates our decision to go through your agency and to heed your advice. Seeing the professional video of the place (many times) with the stylist's furnishings etc, the place looks, by far, the best it's ever looked.
