Clem Aynsley has lived in Southeast Queensland and the Gold Coast since 1972 and has been married since 1999 to Tracy; they have two teenage children Olivia and Lewis. Clem decided to change his career to commercial real estate after 15 years of honing his sales and negotiation skills as the national sales manager for a marketing company promoting leading tyre companies, in which he holds sale records for.

Clem has been a successful real estate agent since November 2004, specialising in and around the Loganholme, Beenleigh, Meadowbrook and Slacks Creek industrial and commercial areas. Clem has not only successfully closed many sales of large and small industrial and commercial properties, but is also very proficient in the leasing of all these types of properties, which gives him a comprehensive knowledge of the industrial and commercial market in these suburbs.
Clem joined the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group in May 2008 and operates out of our M1 North office located at 270 Lahrs Rd Ormeau, and has since become very capable of selling properties under the hammer at Auction.

Clem has now achieved the Ray White Premier Member Award five years in a row, 2013, 2014,2015, 2016 and 2017 for achieving over 30 sales and/or over $200,000 in gross commissions for 1 year.
